My Account

Your account at www.krybuy.com allows us to have the necessary information for the correct and fast processing of your orders.
Your personal data is always protected and you have complete control and freedom in relation to it.

Simply access the “My Account” area, click on the “NO ACCOUNT? CREATE ONE HERE” and fill in the requested data (those marked with * are mandatory). Then click on the “Save” button. As confirmation of the creation of your account, you will receive an email confirming the registration created.

No problem. Click on “Forgot your password?”, enter your email and you will receive a link by email where you can set a new one.

The online Krybuy Support Service is at your disposal:
Call 255 860 310, from Monday to Friday: from 9 am to 6:30 pm and one of our colleagues will give you all the clarifications you need.

Unable to contact us by phone please send us an email using our contact form.

You can close the session and re-enter your Krybuy account whenever you want.

Go to the "My Account" tab on the top bar and choose the "Logout" option.



You can also delete your registration if you wish, for this you must contact us.

Products
If the items are still available, they will remain in your shopping cart on your next visit.
Just click on the article you want and the file will open with all its details and photos.


Note that there are a lot of articles and their maintenance is done by humans, so if you find any inaccuracies, either in the description or in the photos, help us to correct them, send an email through our contact form.

If the product displays the message "ADD TO CART" it is available for purchase.


When the message "SOLD OUT" or "Notify Me When Available" is displayed, it means that we currently do not have stock of the product.

The button "Notify Me When Available" after selected registers the customer's email, so that, when we have a quantity of this product again, all interested customers will be alerted.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with current legislation.
Deliveries
If your order takes a long time to be delivered, please contact us using the contact form, telephone 255 860 310 or email geral@krybuy.com.
You can track your order at all times by clicking on "My account" followed by "Order history".


If your order is sent by the carrier Nacex (Small Appliances) you can track it on the Nacex website by entering the tracking number assigned to your order.


In the event that your order contains Large Domestics, the TTM carrier will contact you whenever you are heading to your home or any unforeseen event arises.

Canceling your order will only be possible when the item has not yet been shipped. For more information, see our returns policy or our cancellation terms.
This request must be mentioned when the colleague gets in touch to schedule the delivery day of the large domestic.
You should:

-Check if there are conditions for the transport team to park and take the equipment to the delivery address. 

-Measure the access space to your residence and check if the measures of the item you want to order are suitable for the space. It's important to make sure you have extra space for doors and hinges and check for furniture or windows that could prevent your new item from working properly..

-Remove objects such as rugs or furniture from the route to be taken during delivery.

Depending on the type of item you are purchasing, you can request a delivery schedule via email or telephone.


In the case of Large Domestics, the colleague responsible for dispatching the orders will contact you to schedule the day and period of the same (morning or afternoon) in which you want to receive the order.

In relation to small households, if you want to schedule the delivery, you must contact Krybuy and mention it. Note that in the delivery of small households, even requesting an appointment, this may not be accepted/fulfilled. 

Orders
Select the item(s) you want and then add them to your cart.

Once all the articles are selected, click on “Checkout”. From here, just follow the steps indicated.

The delivery time of your order can vary from 24h to 72h.
Whenever the status of your order changes, an email will be sent with this information. You can also track your order at all times by clicking on "My account" and then on "Order history".
Items available on krybuy.com have a limited stock so they may be unavailable. However, because we have a wide variety of products available, it is possible to find similar items that meet your needs and have the characteristics you want.
Payments
You can pay for your purchases using the following payment methods:

 

ATM (Payment by reference) - By selecting this payment method, you will have 24 hours to proceed with the payment. You will find all the necessary information at an ATM or on the internet through your bank's home banking services. In either case, simply select, at the time of payment, “PAYMENT OF PURCHASES”, followed by “SERVICES”.

MB Way - By selecting this payment method, you have 4 minutes to go to the MB Way application to authorize the payment. In case the payment platform informs you of non-acceptance of payment, your order will be automatically canceled.

Bank Transfer - If you select this payment method, you must send proof of transfer to our email geral@krybuy.com. This payment method is the longest and can take up to 3 days.

 

 

Note that orders are only reserved when payment is accepted.

If there is a difference between the value of the order and the amount actually paid, you should contact our customer support line 255 860 310, indicating the invoice number and the values ​​in reference.
If you are assigned a Discount Coupon, you can enter the code for it in your cart or at checkout under "Do you have a promotional code?" (right side). The difference will be deducted from the total value of your order.

If the coupon value is less than the total value of your order, you must select a payment method of your choice. The discount coupon has a maximum period of use of 30 days, unless otherwise stated. After the use limit date, it will no longer be available.

Returns
You can proceed with the return of a product within 14 days, a delivery or collection in storage of the product.

You must request a return on return history in your customer account in order history and details > click on select the product, order, quantity and send the reason for the return. Finally, just confirm.

When ordering delivery, the status "Waiting for products" must print the Return form to send along with the article.
Yes, you can check the status of your return in your customer account under Merchandise returns.
The refund is made by the same means of payment in the case of Credit Card. In the case of payment by ATM or Transfer. Banking, we ask you to provide us with the IBAN so that we can make the return faster.
Any item can be returned within the aforementioned deadlines provided that:

- Be in the same condition in which it was sold;

- Show no signs of use;

- Have the original packaging and be accompanied by all the accessories that make it up;

Returns are not accepted:

- Products with activation in the box (Software; Download Cards; Experience Vouchers).
